The Italian caffè, often found in the town square, serves as a place where people can start their day, meet up friends and family, recharge, or indulge. We continue to honour this tradition in our very own Caffè Lavazza where you will find the best coffee in St Albert. Sit down and enjoy a latte or cappuccino and pair it with a fresh baked good, a sandwich, a gelato, or our famous donuts.
Named after Caffè, which was established in 1933 and share’s Italian Bakery’s Mercato’s rich heritage and passion for quality ingredients. On any given day you’ll find the Caffè buzzing with activity with patrons taking a break from shopping, enjoying each other’s company, or making a special trip to sample our many specialties (the best donuts you can find in St Albert). And always at the heart of it all, our expert Baristas chasing that ever-elusive perfect espresso.
We are so proud and thankful for our Cafe Lavazza to have been voted the 2024 best coffee shop in St. Albert by the readers of the St. Albert Gazette.
When we first opened we hoped our cafe would be a spot for the community to gather and friends and family to connect, just like in the old country, and it has become exactly that thanks to your amazing support!
